HondaTrue Certified is Honda’s certified pre-owned program for 2021–2026 Hondas with under 80,000 miles. Each vehicle passes a 182-point inspection with a downloadable report from Honda. Coverage includes 7 years/100,000 miles of powertrain coverage, non-powertrain coverage for 2 additional years or up to 100,000 miles, two complimentary oil changes within 1 year/12,000 miles, roadside assistance and a $0 deductible on covered repairs.
What’s the difference between HondaTrue Certified and HondaTrue Used?
HondaTrue Certified is Honda’s certified pre-owned program for newer, lower-mileage Hondas, with the longest coverage. HondaTrue Used covers 2016–2026 Hondas with no mileage limit and includes a Honda-backed 6-month/10,000-mile limited warranty and one complimentary oil change. Both include a downloadable inspection report, roadside assistance, trip interruption, concierge service, a 3-day exchange policy and a $0 deductible on covered repairs.

HondaTrue Certified EV covers 2024–2026 Honda EVs with under 80,000 miles. It includes a 167-point inspection, 8 years/100,000 miles of high-voltage battery coverage, limited warranty coverage for 2 additional years or up to 86,000 miles, and four tire rotations and more. How do I know which HondaTrue program a vehicle is in?

Is there a deductible?
No. HondaTrue vehicles have a $0 deductible on covered repairs.
Can I extend my coverage?
Yes. Honda Care® protection is eligible for purchase with HondaTrue Certified and HondaTrue Used vehicles, and with HondaTrue Certified EV vehicles when available. Ask us for details.
